SEO and content restructuring for the WordPress marketing site of a cloud forms and checklist product.
Mobilist provides a cloud service for business forms and checklists. Bluntch Builders did not build the SaaS product; the engagement focused on making its WordPress marketing website and supporting information easier to navigate and understand.
01 / THE SITUATION
The site contained a large amount of repetitive information, answers were difficult to locate and the navigation did not provide an efficient route through the product story. Its footer alone needed to accommodate more than 30 useful links.
02 / THE WORK
The website content was reorganized, reformatted and revised for SEO. Nested accordions made detailed answers easier to scan, repetitive passages were removed, the main navigation was simplified and the large footer structure was rebuilt.
03 / THE RESULT
Mobilist retained the new information structure after later updating its color palette, providing a clearer marketing path for a technically detailed SaaS product.
04 / KEY DECISIONS
The case study separates the client’s cloud product from the website strategy and implementation work performed by Bluntch Builders.
Content was consolidated so menus and accordions organized useful information rather than duplicating it.
Nested accordions made a large answer library easier to scan without forcing every detail into the first view.
More than 30 links were grouped into a usable secondary navigation system instead of an unstructured list.
