Idea to handoff
Clear decisions.
Working stages.
The process changes with the project, but the client always knows what is being decided, what is being produced and what is needed next.
Talk through a project ↗THE WORKING MODEL
Reduce uncertainty before it becomes expensive.
Product development, content systems and migrations carry different risks. We use the same principle across them: define the important unknowns early, review tangible work and keep later ideas separate from the agreed release.
Each phase ends with an artifact or decision. That creates a visible record of scope instead of relying on assumptions scattered across messages.
- 01
FRAME
Discovery and project fit
We examine the business goal, intended users, current process, available content, technical constraints and what a successful release must make possible.
- We produce
- Problem statement, project-fit recommendation and open questions
- Client provides
- Business context, existing materials, access and decision-makers
- 02
STRUCTURE
Scope, content and system planning
We map user paths, page or application structure, content types, data, integrations and the boundary between the first release and later phases.
- We produce
- Scope, sitemap or workflow, content model and delivery sequence
- Client provides
- Priorities, source content, operational rules and timely decisions
- 03
DESIGN
Interface and visual system
Real content and real application states shape a mobile-first design system. We establish typography, spacing, components, hierarchy and responsive behavior before scaling into many screens.
- We produce
- Approved direction, reusable patterns and representative responsive views
- Client provides
- Brand materials, consolidated feedback and content clarification
- 04
BUILD
Development in reviewable stages
Django workflows, WordPress templates or Wix CMS structures are developed in connected stages. Reviews use working interfaces whenever possible so decisions reflect actual behavior.
- We produce
- Working milestones, configured environments and visible progress
- Client provides
- Milestone review, acceptance feedback and required third-party access
- 05
VERIFY
Content, behavior and launch checks
We test the agreed user paths, forms, permissions, responsive layouts, accessibility basics, metadata, redirects and operational tasks needed to run the site.
- We produce
- Issue resolution, launch checklist and final content review
- Client provides
- Acceptance testing, legal content and final launch approval
- 06
RELEASE
Deployment, handoff and next phase
The production release includes agreed configuration, documentation and a clear account of what is complete. Ongoing maintenance or iteration is defined separately so responsibility remains visible.
- We produce
- Production release, handoff guidance and prioritized next-step plan
- Client provides
- Ownership confirmation, internal adoption and post-launch feedback
