A website remains useful only when its software, content and integrations continue to work. Support is treated as a service with an agreed platform, response path and maintenance scope—not an undefined promise attached to a build.

01 / WHO THIS IS FOR

When the website needs an owner after launch.

01

Clients after a new launch

Keep the delivered system current while the team learns how customers and staff actually use it.

02

Businesses without an internal web team

Create one dependable route for updates, investigation and planned improvements.

03

Sites that have been neglected

Assess an aging installation, document risks and agree on a stabilization plan before ongoing care begins.

02 / WHAT YOU GET

Clear responsibilities, fewer surprises.

01

Maintenance baseline

Document the application, hosting, dependencies, access, backups and known issues before assuming responsibility.

02

Scheduled care

Apply agreed updates, verify backups and test the public functions most important to the business.

03

A clear request path

Keep support items, content changes and improvement work visible instead of losing them across messages.

04

Improvement planning

Separate maintenance from new feature work and prioritize changes with a clear estimate and reason.

03 / HOW WE BUILD IT

A controlled path to release.

  1. 01

    Review before accepting

Inspect platform health, hosting, access and existing problems so the support arrangement begins with known conditions.

  2. 02

    Set the service boundary

Define what routine maintenance includes, how requests arrive and what requires separate project work.

  3. 03

    Protect recovery

Confirm backups and a restore path before making routine production changes.

  4. 04

    Maintain deliberately

Schedule updates and checks according to the platform and the operational risk of the site.

  5. 05

    Report what changed

Keep the client informed about completed work, issues found and decisions required.

04 / QUESTIONS

Useful answers before scoping.

Which platforms do you support?+

Support is available for suitable Django, WordPress and Wix websites after an initial review. Older or unfamiliar installations may require a paid stabilization project first.

Is support included with every build?+

Launch and handoff are included in the agreed project. Ongoing maintenance is a separate service so its scope, cadence and responsibilities remain clear.

Does maintenance include new features?+

Routine care and small agreed changes can be included. Larger features, redesigns and migrations are scoped separately so maintenance time remains available for protecting the site.

Are support prices published?+

Not yet. The plan depends on platform, current condition, update frequency and business risk. We first review the site and recommend an appropriate level of care.

NEXT STEP

Start with what needs to work.

Share the users, current process and the outcome the project needs to make possible. We will respond with the questions needed to define a useful next step.
